GIFTS IN KIND

If you have office or household equipment or items that you no longer need, contact United Way Gifts In Kind to make sure they will be put to good use through non-profit organizations in our community.

United Way brokers the distribution of donated goods, so you can be certain that your contribution is going where it is needed.

United Way can find a home for donated:

• Office supplies
• Furniture
• Clothing
• Toys
• Personal items

(Sorry, we can no longer accept donations of outdated computer equipment, as it often can not be re-used.)

You can get rid of usable goods and equipment, excess inventory, and objects that are cluttering your storage space, and help to provide needed items to serve local non-profit agencies and the people they serve. Donations are tax deductible.

Through our Gifts In Kind program, United Way maintains a "wish list" from local non-profit organizations that may be looking for specific items. If donated goods don't match the "wish list" they are offered to other non-profits that will use them to serve those in need in our community.
