Information about local programs and services is just a phone call away for residents of Chautauqua or Cattaraugus County.

2-1-1 maintains a database of all human service programs available, and operates a toll-free telephone service to direct people to the programs they need.

You can simply call 2-1-1, or call toll-free 1-888-696-9211.  Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
