United Way First Call For Help

Information about local programs and services is just a phone call away for any resident of Chautauqua or Cattaraugus County.

United Way First Call For Help maintains a database of all human service programs available, and operates a toll-free telephone service to direct people to the programs they need. The First Call For Help line is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday at 1-866-733-3748.

In addition, First Call For Help publishes human service directories for Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties. The directory is available to local agencies. (There is a fee assessed for this directory in order to cover printing costs.)
