United Way of Southern Chautauqua County is part of

the Western New York 2-1-1 Coalition, which is proud

to provide a new 3-digit dialing code for information and referral to all of the people of our region.

When you need help, you can get it just by dialing

2-1-1 from anywhere in Western New York.  United

Way First Call For Help is answering 2-1-1 calls from Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties, in order to provide the best level of service for local people who

may be seeking information.

Grants from the late Senator Pat McGee, Senator Catharine Young and the Lenna Foundation provided funding to prepare United Way First Call For Help to become a regional partner site for 2-1-1.
